Scope of Work
The requirement is for two (2) computerized, non-invasive vascular diagnostic systems, or equal, to support diagnostic vascular testing at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center and PFC Floyd K. Lindstrom VA Clinic. Key system capabilities must include:
- Support for Continuous Wave (CW) Doppler, Pulse Volume Recording (PVR), and Photoplethysmography (PPG).
- Touchscreen display and Windows 11 (or equivalent) operating system.
- DICOM connectivity with structured reporting and modality worklist for PACS integration.
- Automatic programmable cuff inflation, complete arterial cuff package, and Doppler probes.
- Compatibility with VA network security requirements and ability to export/store data in standard medical imaging formats.
- Equipment must be new, unused, not refurbished, and manufactured within two years of the purchase order date.
- Manufacturer's standard warranty is required.
