These cycles will support the Eastern Colorado Health Care System (ECHCS) Recreation Therapy Program for SCI/D outpatients and inpatients, as well as the VA National Recreation Sports Equipment (RSE) Program. Contract Details
This will be a firm-fixed-price contract. Delivery is F.O.B Destination to the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center, 1700 N Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045, within 30 days from the time of award. Deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday, 0700hrs to 1500hrs, with no partial shipments. The award will be made on an All or Nothing Basis. Offerors must ensure items are new, non-gray market, and from an OEM or authorized dealer/distributor/reseller.
Eligibility & Submission
This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 339113 (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing) with a size standard of 800 employees. If applicable, SDVOSB/VOSB status must be VetCert verified. Quotes must be submitted via email to lynn.lim@va.gov by April 02, 2026, at 12:00 PM MT. Questions are due by March 26, 2026, at 4:00 PM MT. Submissions require two volumes: (I) Technical (including specifications, cut sheets, brochures, and FAR 25 Provision completion) and (II) Price. Offerors must also complete the Buy American Certificate (FAR 52.225-2).
Evaluation Factors
