A loaner system is currently in use. Scope of Work
The vendor will be responsible for the purchase, delivery, configuration, testing, and clinical setup of two (2) Arrow VPS Rhythm Navigation Systems. Key tasks include:
- Product Acquisition: Purchase of two Arrow VPS Rhythm Devices, associated accessories, and an extended warranty.
- Delivery: Packaging, shipping, and delivery of all items, including operator's manuals and instructions for use (IFU).
- Device Configuration: Unboxing, assembly, mounting onto mobile carts, and configuring device settings according to Cleveland VAMC protocols.
- Testing & Setup: Performing full functional checks of both systems, including integrated ultrasound and ECG tip confirmation features, in collaboration with the Cleveland VAMC's Biomedical Engineering department. This also includes verification of accessories and calibration checks.
- Training & Support: Providing comprehensive in-service training for the Nursing IV Therapy team and Biomedical personnel on proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The vendor must also provide contact information for Teleflex technical support and access to educational resources.
