• The anticipated award date is 5/31/2026.

• Quotations are due by 04-24-2026 12:00 EASTERN TIME, NEW YORK, USA.

• The Government will issue a purchase order to the responsible quoter whose quotation conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.

• Evaluation factors include: Past Performance, Veterans’ Involvement, and Price.

Sources Sought Notice / Market Research

This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes to identify potential vendors capable of supplying an ICS Dizcovery System for the Manchester VAMC Audiology Department. The government is planning for a multi-year procurement and is seeking information on industry capabilities and authorization to supply brand-name items.

The primary objective is to procure an ICS Dizcovery System to replace outdated and end-of-life vestibular diagnostic equipment. The system is needed to diagnose inner ear or vestibular disturbances in veterans. The Statement of Work (SOW) details specific item/part numbers for the equipment and includes a requirement for a full day of provider training.

• Equipment: Specific item/part numbers are listed in the SOW (e.g., 8-49-98401, 8-04-16400, 045653, etc.).

• Training: A full day of provider training is required (Item number: 025312).

• Security: Compliance with VA information and information system security standards, including personnel background investigations, data protection, and encryption, is mandatory.
