- Hardware: Small form factor PC, widescreen monitor, printer, binocular video goggles, wireless inertial measurement unit, RF remote control, room camera with mic.
- OtoAccess Database.
- 65" TV and rolling cart stand.

- Shipping, training, and installation of equipment.
- Disposal and removal of the existing chair.
