This is an unrestricted solicitation for an Augmented Reality Knee System, specifically the Pixee Knee + System Tokens or an equal product. The system is intended for use by knee arthroplasty surgeons at the VA Phoenix Medical Center to aid in the accurate implantation of total knee replacements.

• Augmented reality system for total knee replacement implantation.

• Provides real-time surgeon feedback via a helmet-mounted display.

• Must be compatible with any total joint prosthesis.

• Does not require a license or regular software updates.

• Requires minimal training due to an intuitive interface.

• Must provide FDS-Cleared Technology.

• Must eliminate the need for disposables.

• Must provide real-time positioning of instruments within the surgeon’s field of view.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Quantity.

• Period of Performance: Base year (2/1/26-1/31/27) plus three (4) option years.
