Scope of Work
The VA seeks solutions to integrate Zebra® Passive Radiofrequency Identification (RFID) systems, CenTrak® Active RTLS technologies, and the AgileRank® aRTLS mobile application. This includes provisioning hardware, software, and professional services for system design, installation, configuration, and interoperability with VA enterprise systems such as AEMS/MERS, IBM Maximo®, Nuvolo, Infor LBI®, CenTrak ConnectCore®, and Zebra MotionWorks®. The effort aims to sustain the current system, extend coverage with Bluetooth® Low Power (BLE), configure existing hardware, and re-configure system software as outlined in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key areas detailed in the PWS include project management, system design, procurement, installation, integration, data governance, cybersecurity, testing, training, and system administration.
