Scope of Work
The requirement includes providing 15 AvaSure Software Licenses, 15 Guardian Hardware units (mobile, two-way), associated power cords, a large format monitor, and a spare parts kit. Services encompass installation, configuration, validation, server setup, monitor station setup, device initialization, wireless connectivity testing, Biomed/IT training, clinical services (policy planning, resource sharing, program development, go-live support), and project management. Technical requirements specify FIPS 140-2 Certified and wireless software, mobile cart hardware with touchscreen, HD camera, 2-way audio/video, and 10W speaker/microphone.
