This solicitation is for the procurement of a brand name or equal Elekta Vantage Deep Brain Stimulation Stereotactic System and accessories for the Minneapolis VA Health Care System. The system is intended for minimally invasive neurosurgery, including Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS), biopsies, targeted injections, lesioning, and hematoma evacuations, requiring submillimeter accuracy.

• A conventional stereotactic head frame solution (not robotic or microelectrode recording).

• Must be compatible with existing systems like the Medtronic Stealth Station S8 and Alpha Omega lead placement device.

• Headframe system must include stereotactic coordinate mapping instrumentation attachable intraoperatively, accommodating instrumentation up to 190mm in length when the stop slide is set to zero.

• Must be compatible with RF generator use during procedures.

• Headframe system must support localization calculations based on a defined zero starting point without negative numbers.

• A comprehensive list of components, part numbers, and quantities equivalent to the Leksell Vantage Stereotactic System is detailed in Section B.2 and referenced in the Statement of Work.

• Onsite application training and go-live support are required.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price.
