Consignment Terms

The contractor is responsible for inventory maintenance, including removing/replacing items nearing expiration, at no cost to the Government. Ownership transfers to the Government only upon use. Payment is made via individual Purchase Order after a valve is implanted or used. Replacement products must be delivered within two business days of receiving a Purchase Order. Technical support and annual usage reports are also required.
