Quick Summary

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 22 has issued a Sources Sought Synopsis and Request for Information (RFI) for Custom Surgical Packs. This RFI aims to identify qualified sources capable of supplying tailored surgical packs for scheduled procedures in the Operating Room, Interventional Radiology, and Cardiac Catheterization Labs at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System and VA Long Beach Healthcare System. Initial orders for custom packs must be produced, sterilized, and delivered within 24 weeks of contract commencement. The contractor must maintain a 3-month supply on hand and achieve a 95% acceptance rate. Packs must have a minimum shelf life of 12 months at delivery. Detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs) for various pack types (e.g., Angiogram, Cataract, Neuro, Intubation Kits) are provided in attachments for both VA Long Beach and VA Greater Los Angeles facilities.
