Scope of Work
The Syracuse VA Medical Center requires new, fully compatible, and FDA-cleared cystoscopy instruments to support urology clinical operations. Equipment must be brand name Karl Storz or equal, meeting compatibility, sterilization, and functional requirements consistent with VHA clinical use standards.
Required instruments include:
- Rigid cystoscopes (12°, 30°, 70°)
- Working elements, working sheaths (various French sizes), and obturators
- Examination insert tubes and bridges (single and dual channel)
- Biopsy optical forceps and graspers (foreign body retrieval)
- Adaptors, LUER Lock tube connectors, and connectors with tubes
All items must be new, FDA-cleared, compatible with the Stryker 1688 AIM 4K Swivel Head Camera, autoclavable where applicable, constructed of surgical-grade materials, and meet relevant ISO and AAMI standards.
