This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Dermatology Exam Tables for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 22. The acquisition is set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs).

• Procurement of six (6) units of Midmark 626 Premium 28 Upholstery, Oasis (Product #: 002-2000-843) or equal.

• Procurement of six (6) units of Midmark Barrier Free Examination Chair W/ Clean Assist Roller System, Receptacles, Drawer Heater, Pelvic Tilt, Wired Controls, W/O Top (Product #: 626-001) or equal.

• Items must meet specific salient characteristics, including being barrier-free, ADA-accessible, with electric power adjustment for height, backrest, and tilt; a minimum weight capacity of 450 lbs; wired hand control; stable base; medical-grade seamless, fluid-resistant upholstery; seamless, non-porous materials compatible with VA-approved disinfectants; a cleaning mobility system; integrated electrical receptacles; an integrated storage drawer with heater; and operation on standard 120V hospital-grade power.

• Items must be clinically rated for daily use in a VA dermatology clinic and support full-body dermatologic examinations and procedures.
