Amendment / Modification

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for the procurement of one (1) new Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Digital Monitoring System for the Sleep Lab Department of the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System. The system is needed for daily patient sleep studies. The acquisition includes the system components and installation services.

• One (1) CO2 Digital Monitoring System, including:

  • CO2 Digital Monitoring System unit
  • Vital Sign Sensors (compatible with the monitoring system)
  • Adapter Cables (compatible with Somnostar v 11.4 Sleep System)

• Installation services at the facility.

• Provision of operation, installation, and maintenance manuals (hard copy, soft copy, or electronic access).

• The system must measure transcutaneous oxygen (tcPO2), transcutaneous carbon dioxide tension (tcPCO2), pulse rate (PR), and Relative Heating Power (RHP). It must also feature LED illumination, a 3-prong power cord (100-240V, 50/60 Hz), a rechargeable battery, and auditory alarms.
