The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, is conducting market research to determine if there is sufficient interest from qualified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), Small Businesses, or Other Than Small Businesses to provide a Brand Name or Equal Dose Calibrator to the Edward Hines, Jr. VA Hospital.
