Scope of Need

The VA seeks vendors to supply:

  • Two (2) Complete Electromyograph (EMG) Systems: Including Windows 10 LTSC or 11 PC, Microsoft Office Pro Plus, US/North American Power Supply, EMG Clinical Point of Care Software, EDX 2 Channel Amplifier, EMG Probes, EMG Cart, Monitor Mounting Arm, Amplifier Holding Arm Assembly, 24-inch PC Monitor, 120 Volt Laser Jet Printer, EMG Control Foot Switch, and a reusable surface temperature probe. The Natus Nicolet EDX System is provided as a reference for salient characteristics.
  • One (1) EMG HL7/Database Management VM Server: A virtual server compatible with Windows Server 2022, including a Microsoft SQL 2022 license, and supporting HL7 ORM Import for Worklist and HL7 ORU Export to the Electronic Medical Record.
  • One (1) CITRIX APPLICATION: A Citrix integration license for remote readers, compatible with VA CITRIX.
  • Additional Requirements: Equipment installation/setup and user clinical training.
