Sources Sought Notice / Market Research

This notice is for market research purposes to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing new ENT surgical instrument sets to the Department of Veterans Affairs Lebanon VA Medical Center. The government is seeking to determine if alternative manufacturers exist for the listed instruments. Instruments requiring light or power must be compatible with existing Olympus towers.

• Product/Service: New ENT surgical instrument sets.

• Compatibility: Instruments requiring light/power must be compatible with Olympus towers.

• Response Format: Vendors must provide company name, address, contact information, UEI#, business size/classification, and any government contract numbers (FSS/eCAT/SAC/NAC/NASA SEWP).

• Specific Questions:

  • Brand name, country of origin, and manufacturer part numbers for listed surgical tools.
  • Whether the responder is the manufacturer, distributor, or equivalent.
  • For small businesses: details on altering, assembling, or modifying items if an authorized distributor/reseller.
