Scope of Work
This combined synopsis/solicitation seeks a contractor to provide 83 new fully integrated patient lift systems for the Lake City VAMC. The requirement includes:
- 77 Standard patient ceiling lifts with a weight capacity of 605 lbs.
- 6 Bariatric patient ceiling lifts with a weight capacity of 1,100 lbs.
- Equipment Specifications: Operational noise level (<= 52db), vertical lifting speed (min 2.2 inches/second), FDA standards compliance, UL approval, and H-frame rail design. The previous "Horizontal Movement Speed" requirement has been removed by amendment.
- Functional Features: Integrated process management software, integrated weigh scale, quick-release mechanism, tool-less maintenance, continuous charge tracking, and curtain jumping track.
- Services: Delivery, installation, and removal of old equipment and debris. Pricing is also requested for the removal of railings, brackets, and hardware under CLINs 0011, 0012, and 0013.
- Warranty: A comprehensive, all-inclusive warranty covering 100% of parts and labor is required.
