Scope of Work
The requirement is for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide Brand Name AlloDerm and Strattice Reconstructive Tissue Matrix in various models and sizes. The contractor will be responsible for:
- Delivery and setup of inventory.
- Management of Periodic Automatic Replenishment (PAR) levels.
- Ensuring products have a sterility/expiration date of less than 90 days.
- Providing initial consignment inventory at no expense to the Government until products are used or opened.
- All services are to be completed at no additional cost to the government.
