Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide home oxygen and medical equipment management services for eligible VA patients within the North Florida/South Georgia VA Healthcare System (NF/SGVAHS) catchment areas.

• Provide, install, and maintain medical oxygen equipment, including high-pressure cylinders, 50 psi air compressors, POCs, liquid systems, portable systems, emergency back-up systems, cough assists, and ventilators.
