The requirement is for GE Healthcare LOGIQ E10 3D/4D ultrasound probes specifically for OB/GYN ultrasound procedures for women veterans at the Coatesville VA Medical Center's radiology department. The scope includes:
- Installation of new applications to the existing GE LOGIQ E10 machine.
- Installation of new LOGIQ E10 3D/4D probes to current ultrasound equipment.
- Training for two ultrasound technologists on the new applications and probes by a Clinical Applications Specialist.
- Probes must comply with all performance requirements and connect to existing GE LOGIQ E10 equipment.
- Materials will be inspected and entered into inventory by Logistics and Biomed prior to installation.
- Acceptance testing and demonstration of image abilities are required after probes are received.

Submission Requirements
Responses must be submitted via email to Adriane.Perretti@va.gov. The subject line must read: 36C24426I0402 GE Ultrasound Probes | (Company Name).
Responses shall include:
- A brief capability statement covering the tentative Statement of Work.
- Proof of Vets First Verification for SDVOSB/VOSB firms.
- Proof of small business status for all small business firms.
- Answers to the following questions:
- Identify any other companies owned (wholly or in-part) by the owners of this business who provide goods or services under the same or related NAICS codes.
- Identify any other companies owned (wholly or in-part) by the owners of this business who provide goods or services that are registered under the same or a related NAICS code with the Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE); Provide the certification type (SDVOSB/VOSB), Federal Identification Number, and state of incorporation for each.
- Indicate if you plan on responding to a solicitation for this requirement with a Joint Venture, and if so, identify the companies and their ownership.
- Confirm if the items are domestic end products (as stated in FAR 52.225-1 Buy American SUPPLIES).
- All respondents must be registered and active in SAM.gov.
