This solicitation is for the "VALB Hologic 3D Quorum Imaging Workstation" and aims to upgrade the current Hologic 3D Mammography unit to produce higher resolution 3D images more quickly. The upgrade will be installed in Mammography suite in Bldg. 126, Room E126.

• Installation of the Hologic 3D Quorum Imaging Technology system.

• Technical assistance, development, and generation for final specifications.

• Deliverable within 60 Calendar Days after Receipt of Order (ARO).

• The system must be fully compatible with the current Hologic 3 Dimension Mammography unit.

• Must have the latest IT and security patches.

• Must be able to reconstruct high-resolution 3D data to produce overlap slices to 1 image.

• Must be able to reduce file size by 50% or less for easier PACS storage and faster file transfer.

• Must be able to identify clinically relevant regions of interest during reconstruction.

• Must maintain a minimum of 70-micron pixel resolution on reconstructed images.

• Offerors must submit an authorization letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) within 90 calendar days, verifying they are an Authorized Dealer, Distributor, or Reseller.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price.

• Period of Performance: Delivery within 60 Calendar Days ARO.

• Offers are due by 8:00 AM PDT on May 21, 2026.

• Quotes must be submitted electronically to dyne.kim@va.gov in PDF format, no larger than 10MB.

• Telephone and fax responses will not be accepted.

• Offerors must include their SAM UEI number.

• Offerors must be registered in www.sam.gov.

• For SDVOSB/VOSB status verification, businesses must be registered with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert).

• The Government intends to award without discussions; therefore, initial offers should contain the best terms.

• Evaluation will be based on technical acceptability and lowest price meeting all salient characteristics and required documentation.
