11/19/2025: CANCELLATION - Effective 11/19/2025, Combined Synopsis Solicitation 36C25626Q0164 is hereby cancelled in its entirety. The Alexandria Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (VAHCS) no longer has a need for the procurement of counseling and mailing out of home sleep study devices. Alexandria VAHCS will procurement home sleep study devices in-house and provide all of the counseling and mailing out directly through the Alexandria VAHCS facility.
