The government is seeking to identify qualified vendors capable of providing the InBody 380 Body Composition Analyzer or an equal product.

The government requires a professional-grade, accurate, quick, and noninvasive body composition analyzer for clinical, wellness, or research environments to aid in patient evaluation and treatment planning.

• Brand Name: InBody 380 Body Composition Analyzer

• OR EQUAL: Vendors may propose an equivalent product meeting all salient characteristics.

• Measurement Technology: Direct Segmental Multi-Frequency Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (DSM-BIA), employing multiple frequencies for accuracy, providing non-invasive, rapid testing.

• Measurement Parameters: Includes weight, skeletal muscle mass, body fat mass, percent body fat, BMI, BMR, total body water (intracellular and extracellular), segmental lean and fat analysis, visceral fat, and impedance values per segment.

• Operational Requirements: Test duration ≤ 90 seconds, user-friendly interface, ability to output results to printer/computer, data export via USB/Bluetooth/software, minimum weight capacity of 330 lb. (150 kg), accuracy suitable for clinical/research use, powered by standard AC adapter.

• Physical & Durability: Stable platform with integrated hand electrodes, compact, portable, suitable for clinical environments, minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty.

• Standards & Compliance: FDA-registered or compliant medical device, compliant with applicable electrical and safety standards.
