Contract Details (Potential)
If a solicitation results from this RFI, it is anticipated to be a firm-fixed-price task order awarded to an SDVOSB. Delivery of the five units will be required within 90 days of contract award to 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive, Temple, Texas, 76504. The contract will be a base purchase agreement without extension options.
Submission & Eligibility
Interested SDVOSBs should submit the following information via email to Tammy.Wilson5@va.gov by the deadline:
- Company name, address, and point of contact.
- Business size classification (SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, WOSB, Large Business).
- Confirmation of small business status under NAICS 339115 (size standard 1000 employees).
- Manufacturer or distributor status, including details on any alteration/assembly if a distributor.
- Possession of FSS GSA/NASA SEWP/NAC or other federal contracts, with contract numbers and item availability.
- Capabilities demonstrating how "equal to" items meet all salient characteristics and SOW requirements.
- Confirmation if items are domestic end products (per FAR 52.225-1).
