This solicitation is for the procurement of a new brand name or equal Medtronic ENT Surgical Navigation System (cart or tower-integrated). The system is intended to support Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS), rhinology procedures, and anterior skull-base surgical interventions.

• The contractor shall provide all shipping, labor, tools, training equipment, installation, delivery, software, personnel, integration, validation, and training for the specified ENT Surgical Navigation System.

• The system must meet specific requirements in Navigation Technology (EM/optical tracking, multi-instrument tracking, accuracy), Imaging Compatibility (DICOM, patient imaging import/display, registration), Operating Room Integration (with existing video towers, OR monitor display, sterile field interaction), Software Features (preoperative planning, anatomical mapping, accuracy check, user profiles), and Hardware Requirements (mobile cart/tower, medical-grade displays, FDA-cleared Class II device).

• Specifications include a main console, tracking system, medical-grade display, instrument tracking coils, navigation-enabled instruments, sterile drapes, cabling, and licensed software.

• A one-year minimum manufacturer warranty is required, covering parts, labor, travel, software updates, and calibration support.

• Comprehensive training, including onsite clinical applications training and an optional follow-up session, is required.
