This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services to procure a Mobile Cath Lab unit for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) 573 NF/SG VAMC Cardiology program. The goal is to provide a temporary, fully operational mobile catheterization laboratory to serve a high volume of cardiac patients during the construction of a permanent cath lab suite. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price award.

• A rental mobile cardiac cath lab unit equipped with specific imaging systems (Philips Allura FD20, Philips XPER Flex Cardio Hemodynamic Workstation, Acist Contrast Injector, Philips XPER Hemodynamic Workstation).

• Provision of Windows 10 or higher upgraded software and the latest model mobile units for imaging software and hardware.

• Furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and transportation for setup and operation.

• Set-up includes connecting electrical, water, sewage, and telecommunications/data.

• Roundtrip delivery, setup, and tear-down of the unit.

• Service and preventive maintenance of all equipment during the period of performance.

• The unit must be a minimum of 400 sq ft, climate-controlled, and compatible with VA OIT for wireless connections.

• Specific equipment requirements include hemodynamics recording, PACS workstation, monitors, network hookups, intercom, phones, emergency lighting, and lead apron storage.

• The lab procedure room requires specific Philips imaging systems, monitors, and equipment for contrast injection, defibrillation, and suction.

• Power requirements include a 480V, 3-phase AC power source at 200 amperes.

• Mobile grounding, telephone connections, and data line connections (12 RJ-45 outlets) are required.

• The unit must include a sanitary sink.

• Specific mandatory tasks include daily cleaning, debris removal, and restoration of the area to its original setting upon removal.

• Installation and training (2 days on-site installation/training, 2 days on-site staff training) are required.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price.

• Period of Performance: Base Year (10/01/2026 - 09/30/2027) with four Option Years.
