• The requirement may be set-aside for SDVOSB, VOSB, Small Businesses, or procured through full and open competition based on market research.
• Crucial Note: All submissions must include proof of the country of origin (manufacture) of the lights.

Additional Notes

• Vendors must also register in VISTA for potential contract issuance.
• The contractor will not have access to VA desktop computers or online government resources.
• No federal records will be created, maintained, used, or dispositioned with this contract.
