Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for providing a complete OR Tables product solution, including:
- Supply, installation, configuration, and validation of the OR Tables product.
- Ongoing technical support and maintenance services.
- All necessary resources to accomplish deliverables outlined in the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW).
Salient characteristics for the OR Tables include:
- Hospital-grade specialized fracture and spinal surgical tables.
- Standardized base with interchangeable table tops (Trios radiolucent imaging top; Trios spinal surgery top).
- Surgical platform free of obstructions for C-arm or O-arm use.
- Viscoelastic, temperature-sensitive medical pads.
- Ability to position patients in prone, supine, or lateral positions.
- Accommodation for bariatric patients up to 650 lbs.
- Spinal surgical top with leg support, thigh/hip/chest pads, and head/helmet mounting system.

Submission & Evaluation
Interested and capable contractors, particularly Small Businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), are encouraged to respond via email to Hanan.Mccullick@va.gov. Submissions must include:
