Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To supplement the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in providing comprehensive orthopedic care and support to eligible veterans by supplying orthopedic shoes, inserts, and related services.

• Provide all orthopedic shoes and inserts strictly conforming to prosthetic prescriptions from VA-approved practitioners.

• Utilize VA-provided Healthcare Common Procedures Coding System (HCCP) Codes for services.

This is a Sources Sought Notice (SSN) for preliminary planning purposes regarding a potential contract or Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Orthopedic Shoes, Inserts, and related services for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15. No proposals are being requested or accepted at this time, and no contracts will be awarded from this notice. The VA is gathering information to determine market interest and capabilities.
