Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purchase of Oscillating & Lung Expansion therapy equipment. The requirement is for the Baltimore VA Medical Center and will be a Firm-Fixed-Price Delivery Order. The government is seeking to supplement current MetaNeb systems, which will be obsolete after December 31st, 2026.

• Five (5) Oscillation and Lung Expansion Therapy equipment units.

• System must deliver therapy in at least 10 minutes.

• System must include a compressor/blower, humidifier, flow generator, and various interfaces (masks, nasal prongs, etc.).

• System must be designed for ease of mobility, bedside use, and be lightweight with ergonomic features.

• Touchscreen interface required.

• Must have the option for plugged-in and battery operation.

• Must include accessories: breathing hose, nebulizer tubing, breathing/ventilator adapters, mouthpiece, and a filter.

• Must have alarms and alerts for disconnections, pressure drops, or malfunctions.

• Must have a built-in pressure relief valve and backup power source.

• Compatible with mouthpiece, facemask, trach adapter, and in-line with a ventilator.

• Capable of Continuous Positive Expiratory Pressure (CPEP), Continuous High Frequency Oscillation (CHFO), and integrated aerosol delivery.

• Must be able to integrate with HL7 EHR.

• Must have preset protocols with single-button operation.

• Mandatory: Submission of the "S02-36C24526Q0220 LineItems" Excel spreadsheet with highlighted columns completed.

• Mandatory: If a distributor, a letter of distribution/authorization from the manufacturer is required.

• Mandatory: Complete FAR 52.225-2.
