The VA aims to determine if "brand name or equal" supplies are available for the existing system, or if a complete system replacement would be more competitive. Vendors will have the opportunity to tour the site, examine the existing system, and submit non-binding statements of interest, capability documentation, and estimated costs. No construction will be performed to accommodate new instrumentation.

The required services include:

Replacement of Guldmann Ceiling Lift motors (various GH3+ models: 550, 660, 770, 825, 1100 lbs. SWL Hoists).
Replacement of Manual Combi locks.
Guldmann Certified Installation for new hoist motors and combi-locks.
Advanced Technician Training for 3 Biomed staff.
Standard manufacturer warranty.
Removal and installation of new ceiling lift motors.
Services to be performed during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm).
