Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide two (2) new, manufacturer-authorized TTE ultrasound transducers fully compatible with Philips EPIQ CVx/CVxi cardiovascular ultrasound systems. The equipment is essential for maintaining high-quality cardiovascular diagnostic imaging, ensuring continuity of patient care, enhancing workflow efficiency, and improving clinical diagnostic capabilities for Veteran patients. Key technical requirements include support for adult and pediatric cardiac imaging, 2D, xPlane, Live 3D, Doppler, Color Doppler, AI-assisted optimization, workflow automation, Dynamic HeartModel, PureWave, and xMatrix technology (approximately 3000 elements, 1-5 MHz frequency range).
The scope includes all labor, materials, transportation, installation (within 30-60 calendar days post-award), inspection, acceptance, and onsite operator training. A minimum one-year manufacturer warranty is also required.
