This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the procurement and installation of a brand-name replacement cart washer for the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center's Sterile Processing Service (SPS). The current cart washer is unreliable, impacting workflow, safety, and patient care. The new unit must be a Steris Vision 1327 Cart and Utensils Washer/Disinfector or equivalent, compatible with existing Steris equipment.

• Procurement and installation of a Steris Vision 1327 Cart and Utensils Washer/Disinfector (or equivalent).

• Includes specific components such as steam condensate return, instrument cycle package, container rack, pure water line, and HEPA filter.

• De-installation and disposal of the old cart washer.
