This solicitation is for the purchase of two (2) BD IV Prep Gravimetric Packs, including installation and a one-year subscription. It also includes one year of base support for these items. The acquisition is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside.

• Two (2) BD IV Prep Gravimetric Packs with installation.

• Two (2) BD Subscriptions for the BD IV Prep (CATO) Software, including base year support.

• Maintenance of purchased subscriptions, including bug fixes, patches, updates, and 24x7x365 remote technical support.

• Installation and comprehensive break/fix coverage for the Mettler Toledo Scale hardware, including remote diagnostics and onsite service.

• Compliance with OEM specifications, AAMI, JCAHO, NFPA-99, CDRH, OEM, AHA, IEEE, UL, OSHA, CAP, VAHCS standards, and applicable Federal/State/Local regulations.

• Salient characteristics for the IV Prep Gravimetric Pack/Workflow Solutions include barcode compatibility, cGMP compliance, prevention of medication compounding errors, remote pharmacist verification, configurable workflow dashboard, compliance reporting, and seamless interface with Pharmacy Information Systems.

• Provision of 24x7x365 help desk/remote support, onsite repair, software updates, licensing, OS/security patching, drug/medication dictionaries, interface maintenance, and project management.

• Communication of third-party dependencies to the COR/POCs.

• Maintenance of spare parts availability and provision of overnight/next-day parts and return shipping at no additional cost.

• Calibration certificates for test equipment used on VA-owned equipment.

• Service label affixed to each Mettler Toledo Gravimetric Pack/Scale after service.

• Detailed calibration/testing/inspection service report provided to the POC.

• Prevention of gray market items and use of only new parts for repair or replacement.

• Compliance with all safety, security, and privacy requirements, including VA Directives and Handbooks.

• Contract Type: Single Award, Firm Fixed Price Service Contract.

• Period of Performance: 07/01/2026 – 06/30/2027 (One Base Year).

• Offers must be submitted on SF 1449, letterhead stationery, or as otherwise specified.

• Offers must include solicitation number, receipt time, offeror's name/address/phone, technical description, warranty terms, price, discount terms, remit-to address, completed representations and certifications (FAR 52.212-3), and acknowledgment of amendments.

• Past performance information is an evaluation factor.

• Offers are due by 06-12-2026 at 10:00 am CDT.

• Evaluation will be based on Price alone.

• This acquisition is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside.

• Offerors must be certified SDVOSBs listed in the SBA certification database.

• Buy American Act applies.

• Offerors must include proof of authorized distributor from the Original Equipment Manufacturer.

• Quotes must include a signed Buy American Certificate.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, conducted using FAR Part 16 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). It serves as the only solicitation, and quotes are being requested. The solicitation is for dosimeter services for the VA Saint Cloud Health Care System.
