The RFI requests information on the ability to provide the following Scanlan coronary instruments:

• Scanlan Diethrich-Potts Scissors (7" / 18 cm): Various angles (45°, 90°, 125°) with micro fine or fine Super Cut™ blades and black platinum ring handles (Part Numbers: 7007-252-5SC, 7007-252SC, 7007-256-5SC, 7007-256SC, 7007-258-5SC, 7007-258SC).
• Scanlan Premier™ Jacobson Micro Scissors (6-1/2" / 16.5 cm or 6-3/4" / 17 cm): Spring style, round handle, with fine or micro fine blades at various angles (25°, 90°, 125°) (Part Numbers: 7007-468, 7007-498, 7007-496, 7007-490).

Equal-to Product Information: Instruments must be medical-grade German-made surgical steel, FDA-approved, and have an interchangeable design for standardization. They must match the description, measurements, and sizes requested.

Interested and capable companies should provide:

• Capabilities Statement: Detailing how the company can or cannot meet the salient characteristics, with explanations for any unmet requirements.
• Feedback: Suggestions on the draft salient characteristics.
• Business Size Status: SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, WOSB, Large Business, etc.
• Small Business Status: Confirmation if the company is small under the identified NAICS code.
• Role: Manufacturer, authorized distributor, or solution provider.
• Large Business Distributors: If applicable, provide distributor details.
• Small Business Distributor Modifications: If applicable, describe any alterations, assembly, or modifications.
• Limitations on Subcontracting: Explanation of compliance with 13 CFR § 125.6.
• COTS Items: Confirmation if items are Commercial Off-The-Shelf.
• Non-Manufacturer Rule: Confirmation of compliance if applicable.
• Buy American Act: Conformance and country of origin.
• Lead Time: Delivery lead time for all items.
• FDA Clearance: Confirmation and specification of obtained FDA clearances.
• Federal Contracts: Details of any FSS, GSA, NAC, SAC, BPA, NASA SEWP, or other Federal Government contracts, and whether the requested items are available on them.
• Pricing: General pricing is encouraged for market research purposes.
• Unique Entity ID: SAM.gov UEI number.
