Scope of Requirement
The requirement is for a one-time purchase of a new, fully operational Olympus Flexible ENT Scope System, including all necessary software, hardware, and accessories. This is a Brand Name Only requirement for Olympus products. Key components include:
- Cart and 32" 4K monitor (Picture-in-Picture, HD/4K upscaling)
- All-in-one imaging processors and light source (integrated stroboscopy, NBI)
- Camera heads, light guide cables, and rigid scopes (autoclavable)
- An energy generator (Celon wands)
- An nCare Video Recorder Dual Channel (HD/4K recording, touch panel)
- Vaultstream server components for image/video management. The contractor will also be responsible for professional installation and on-site clinical education and training, to be completed within 10 business days of award. The period of performance is 90 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO).
Responder Requirements
Interested parties must be the manufacturer or an authorized distributor for Olympus America Inc. (proof required). Responders must also possess a current Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) that includes the requested items. Responses should include:
- Company Name, Point of Contact, Email, Phone Number
- Unique Entity ID (UEI) from SAM
- Business Size (SDVOSB, VOSB, Small Business, Large Business, etc.) for NAICS 339112 (SBA Size Standard: 1000 employees)
- VA NAC, GSA, or other Federal Supply Schedule contract number. Small businesses should indicate if they are a nonmanufacturer under the Nonmanufacturer Rule.
