- Removal of existing Stryker anesthesia and equipment booms, lights, cameras, monitors, and video integration systems.
- Installation of new Stryker S-Series type booms, surgical lights, integrated video systems, and monitors.
- Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and on-site supervision.
- Implementation of Interim Infection Control measures (ICRA plan, Class IV infection control, negative air).
- Demolition of existing ceiling-mounted equipment and cabling.
- Electrical, Low Voltage, and Plumbing/Med Gas work, including disconnections, connections, and independent certification for medical gases.
- Finish Work for patching and painting if damage occurs. The replacement process will be staggered to ensure continuous operational capability of the ORs. The equipment specified is "Stryker brand name or equal."
