This solicitation is for the procurement of "Workload Expansion Equipment for Existing Stryker Surgical Endoscopy Systems." The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) requires additional surgical video and arthroscopy equipment to expand clinical workload capacity within existing Stryker endoscopic imaging platforms. The equipment must be brand-name-or-equal to specified Stryker components and fully compatible with the facility's deployed Stryker 1688 AIM systems. The acquisition is for 2 each of the specified items.

• Brand-Name-or-Equal (BN/OE) Requirement: All offered "equal" items must meet or exceed specified Stryker part numbers and performance standards.

• Mandatory Objective Compatibility Requirements: Items must maintain full operational compatibility with Stryker 1688 AIM systems, fit Stryker camera couplers, arthroscopes, and sterilization trays, support 4K UHD imaging, be FDA-cleared for intended surgical uses, and have equivalent or superior durability and warranty.

• Bill of Materials (BN/OE): Includes items such as a 4K Camera Head with Integrated Coupler, Fiber Optic Illumination Cable, Scope Adapter, Camera Sterilization Tray, 4K Eyepiece Arthroscope, Pump Cannula, Pencil Obturator, and Endoscope & Hardware Set Tray.
