The Neurosurgery Section at the West Roxbury VAMC requires a replacement for the Stryker Q Guidance System, as the current system's manufacturer support ends on December 31st, 2025. This equipment is critical for surgical procedures, especially spine surgeries, due to its precision and patient safety features. The VA is considering a firm-fixed-price lease contract with a base year and four option years.

• Product: Stryker Q Guidance System and associated software/accessories (e.g., Spine Guidance 5 Software, Cranial Guidance Software, various targeting arms, sleeves, and sterilization kits).
• Lease Term: Contemplated as Base Year + four Option Years (12 months each).
• Service Warranty: Includes one-year warranty covering on-site installation, software configuration, clinical training, and maintenance.

The system is critical for surgical procedures, particularly spine surgeries, due to its ability to provide real-time feedback for enhanced surgical precision and patient safety. The VA is considering a firm-fixed-price lease contract with a base year and four option years. The lease includes a one-year service warranty covering installation, configuration, training, and maintenance.

The requirement includes the Stryker Q Guidance System and associated software and accessories, such as Spine Guidance, Cranial Guidance, and various targeting and tracking components. The lease is for 12 months per year, for a base year and four option years.
