Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To procure a one-time purchase of CardioLab BT21 HD hardware and software for the Iowa City VA Healthcare System to upgrade existing Altix AI.i EP recording equipment.

• Upgrade includes CardioLab BT21 HD hardware and software.

• Required components: Prucka 3 amplifier, INW server upgrade, Windows 10 LTSC hardened OS, GE client workstations, interface cabling, integration licenses (DICOM/HL7), and onsite applications training.

• The system is used in the Electrophysiology Laboratory for recording, displaying, analyzing, and documenting intracardiac electrograms, surface ECG, hemodynamic data, and ablation system parameters.

• The system supports EP workflow and documentation during data acquisition only; it is not used for direct patient care or therapy.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price, one-time supply contract with no option years.

• Contractor Responsibilities: Provide all service-related documentation (manuals, CDs), URLs for service ticket review, contact phone numbers for service requests, and information on submitting service tickets. No tools will be supplied by the VA for deinstallation/installation.

• Records Management: Contractor must comply with all applicable records management laws, regulations, and NARA policies. All data created for Government use is considered a Federal record. Contractor must maintain records, prevent unauthorized destruction, and report any unauthorized disclosures. Training on records management is required for contractor employees.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to determine market capacity and identify qualified businesses for this requirement. A future solicitation may be published based on the responses received.
