Submission Details & Deadlines
- Questions regarding the RFI are due by February 11, 2026, 17:00 CST, via email to Oney.kelly@va.gov.
- RFI responses are due by February 16, 2026, 13:00 CST, via email to Oney.kelly@va.gov. The subject line must read: "MEDVAMC Surgical Instruments."
- Responses should be in Microsoft Word format, adhering to 8.5 x 11 inches, 12-point font, with 1-inch margins. There is no page limitation for responses to questions 3(a) through 3(f).
