The carts must meet specific salient characteristics and functional requirements.

- Storage: HI-Care E Two-Tier Electronic Locking Storage Cabinet.
- Dimensions & Color: Cart overall size 21.4'W x 23.3'D; Base footprint 19'W x 20'D, standard gray and white color scheme.
- Delivery & Warranty: Delivery and installation are required by August 1, 2026, during normal duty hours (8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., M-F). A standard manufacturer industry warranty term is required.
