Factory assembly of back walls, pegboards, accessories, and electrical wiring is required. Equipment must be new OEM, not refurbished, and manufactured within two years of the purchase order date. The vendor must provide service manuals, maintenance requirements, and part lists. Important Notes
Gray market items are not acceptable. Offerors providing "or equal" products must adhere to FAR 52.211-6 and clearly identify the product with brand name, make/model, and descriptive literature. All proprietary information must be clearly marked. Offerors must complete and submit the Buy American Certificate (FAR 52.225-2) and the VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting—Certificate of Compliance for Supplies and Products (VAAR 852.219-76) as part of their offer; failure to do so will render the offer ineligible.
