This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items to procure an adjustable Three Bay Reprocessing Sink or Equal, along with associated accessories, for the Sterile Processing Service at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center. The equipment is essential for the pre-cleaning of reusable medical devices.

• Adjustable Three Bay Reprocessing Sink with features such as adjustable work height, corner drain, marine edges, compliant open shelving, and integrated power outlets.

• Specific accessories include sink pegboards, height-adjustable storage shelves, ergonomic wrist rest slants, volume indicator etching plates, basin temperature gauges, pre-rinse faucet sprayers, deionized spray guns, keyboard/monitor arms, scanner holders, touchless dispensers, water-resistant timers, sink inserts, Bluetooth speakers, brush organizers, gallon bottle holders, task lights, stainless steel wire baskets, independent flushing systems, and sink light hoods.

• Factory assembly of back walls, pegboards, accessories, and electrical wiring is required.

• Equipment must be new OEM, not refurbished or gray market.

• Date of manufacture must not be greater than 2 years prior to the purchase order date.

• Vendor must provide all applicable service manuals, maintenance requirements, and part lists.

• Delivery within 30 days from award.

• Installation is required.

• Manufacturer's warranty, including travel and shipping costs for repairs, is required.

• Anticipated contract type: Firm-fixed price.

• Delivery: F.O.B Destination to Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center, Aurora, CO.

• Response Date/Time: March 11, 2026, 2:00 PM Mountain Time, Denver, USA.

• Questions Deadline: March 5, 2026, 10:00 AM Mountain Time.

• Submission Method: Email quotes only to eric.adusei@va.gov (4MB email limit). No hand-carried or faxed quotes accepted.

• Evaluation Factors: Technical capability/quality of the item offered and Price. Offers must meet or exceed technical requirements to be considered.

• Required Submissions: Technical Volume (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, authorized distributor letter, completed VAAR Clause 852.219-76, FAR 52.225-2) and Price Volume (completed pricing schedule).

• Award Basis: All or Nothing.

• This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).

• SDVOSB status must be SBA certified and visible in the SBA Database at the time of quote submission and award.

• Offerors must be an OEM, authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller, verified by the OEM.

• Gray market items are not acceptable.

• Offerors providing "or equal" products must adhere to FAR 52.211-6 and clearly identify the product with brand name, make/model, and descriptive literature.

• All proprietary information must be clearly marked.

• Offerors are warned against contacting VA personnel other than the Contracting Officer.

This document is the "Buy American Certificate" provision (FAR 52.225-2, Oct 2022). It requires offerors to certify the origin of end products and their components to comply with the Buy American Act.

• Domestic vs. Foreign End Products: Offerors must identify each end product as either domestic or foreign.
