Scope of Work
The VA requires diagnostic equipment for its vascular lab that can perform a comprehensive range of vascular exams, including ABIs with Doppler or PPG, Segmental Pressures, Post Exercise ABIs & PVRs, Doppler Waveforms, Pulse Volume Recording, PVR Waveforms, PPG Digit Waveforms TBI/DBI, Toe Pressures, Venous Reflux & VC/MVO Waveforms, Allen's / Palmer Arch Compression, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, and Raynaud's PPG or Infrared.
Specific equipment requirements include:
- Touch-screen monitor for infection control.
- Designated cart with storage for accessories and ergonomic features.
- Printer included.
- All necessary accessories: 5MHz and 8MHz Doppler probes, PPG sensors with digit clips, temperature gun, various pressure cuff sets, and an automatic cuff inflator.
- Sealed backlit keyboard (battery-powered option preferred).
- DICOM/PACS compatible.
Vendors will be responsible for delivery, assembly, installation, integration with PACS/IT/biomed departments, and on-site training for the system at the Salt Lake City VAHCS.
