Scope of Work
The VA requires twelve (12) new ventilators to replace existing End of Life (EOL) machines. Key characteristics and requirements include:

- Trolley, system cables, gas cylinder holders
- Nurse call, Medibus cable
- O2 and Air hose (10 foot, DISS Hand)

- Waterbag pole, Humidifier Holder Rail, Mounting kit
- Clinical support services and training courses/seminars All items must be new, not refurbished.

Submission & Evaluation
Interested companies should submit a capabilities statement detailing how they can meet the DRAFT/SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS/SOW requirements. Responses must include:
- Company name, address, point of contact
- Business size status (including relevant small business categories)
- Manufacturer/distributor information
- Answers to specific questions regarding capabilities, product conformity (e.g., Buy American Act, FDA clearance), lead time, life span, leasing options, and existing government contracts (FSS, GSA, etc.).
