- Services: Offering training, ongoing sustainment support options, and a 5-year manufacturer warranty on devices post-installation.
- Integration: Assistance with integrations such as Vocera and overhead paging.
- Installation: Primarily during 7:30 am - 3:00 pm ET, Monday-Friday, with potential for weekend or after-hours work in high-risk areas. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, tools, materials, and trash disposal.
