  • Windows 10 Premium Package subscription (120-month term) with 10 years of Microsoft-supported OS upgrades.

  • Compatibility with Omnicell XT ecosystem hardware and software.
  • Support for biometric authentication (BioID) and Open Supply workflows.
  • 12-month Advantage Plan support.
  • OS upgrade coverage for 10 years.

• Installation: Required and must be coordinated.

• Warranty: Standard manufacturer industry warranty term required; extended warranties requiring advance payment are not accepted.

• Delivery: Required 365 days After Receipt of Order (ARO).

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13. The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking quotes for the "Yuma Omnicell XT Cabinet" for the Yuma VA Clinic.

• Procurement of "Yuma Omnicell XT Cabinet".

• Specific manufacturer and model number must be identified in the offer.

• Delivery Schedule must be included.

• Offerors must submit a Certificate of Compliance of Supplies and Products (VAAR 852.219-78).
