Request for Information (RFI)

This RFI is issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 22, for planning and information purposes only. It is not a solicitation. The VA is seeking information on potential qualified sources for mammography diagnostic monitors. The Radiology Department requires two mammography monitors:

• One Barco Coronis OneLook 32MP Color monitor (approaching end of life cycle).
• One additional monitor for a new mammographer's reading station to support the expansion of breast imaging services, including Breast MRI.

Interested and capable parties are requested to provide:

• Company name, address, and point of contact.

• Business size status (e.g., SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, WOSB, Large Business) and representation.

• Confirmation of small business status under NAICS code 334510 (size standard 1250 employees).

• Whether the company is a manufacturer or distributor, and the country of origin for the items.

• If a distributor, details on any alterations, assembly, or modifications made to the items.

• Information on existing federal contracts (FSS, NASA SEWP, etc.), including contract type and number, and if the referenced items are available on these contracts.

• General pricing for products/solutions for market research.

• Capabilities regarding salient characteristics and information on "equal to items," providing clear evidence that all "equal to items" meet all required salient characteristics.

• Response Deadline: May 7, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST).

This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 334510 (size standard of 1250 Employees). The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 22 Network Contracting Office, is seeking information on sources that can provide mammography monitors for their Radiology Department. This is NOT a solicitation.

• The Radiology Department requires two monitors. One is to replace a Barco Monitor nearing end-of-life.

• The second monitor is for an additional reading station to support a new mammographer and the expansion of breast imaging services, including Breast MRI.

• The specific item listed is a BARCO CORONIS ONELOOK 32MP COLOR DISP (Local Stock Number: T9711401BEDL-TAA).
