The requirement is for one Thyroid Uptake System and one Neck Phantom for Thyroid Uptake System Software. The Thyroid Uptake System must include specific features such as a 2-inch well, color touchscreen interface, 20-inch touch screen computer, DICOM interface, color inkjet printer, mobile stand, articulating arm, medical-grade countertop, and a 1024 channel MCA. It must also feature a 2-inch Diameter 14-pin NaI(Tl) Detector with specific well dimensions and a flat field collimator, weighing no more than 600 pounds. The Neck Phantom Software must accurately simulate the human neck and ensure integration for optimal performance.

Services required include providing, transporting, in-servicing, and testing all equipment. On-site service for installation and repairs, along with two Operation and Maintenance Manuals and manufacturer-recommended maintenance schedules, are deliverables. Training for users and technical training for Biomedical Engineering technicians and clinical personnel is also required.
